إيه البيانات اللي بنجمعها؟

• اسمك ورقم موبايلك، والمحل والجهاز وعدد الأيام والتاريخ اللي اخترتهم، وأي ملاحظات بتكتبها.
• لو اخترت التوصيل: عنوان التوصيل اللي بتكتبه (مفيش تحديد موقع ولا خريطة على الموقع).
• عنوان الـ IP بتاع الاتصال بشكل مؤقت، عشان نمنع الطلبات الوهمية والمزعجة (بيتمسح خلال يوم).
• لينك متابعة سري بيتحفظ في متصفحك انت بس (التخزين المحلي للمتصفح) عشان تتابع حجزك لو قفلت الصفحة؛ واحنا بنحتفظ بنسخة مشفّرة منه (hash) مش اللينك نفسه. مش بنستخدم كوكيز تتبّع ولا إعلانات.
• رقم عشوائي بيتحفظ في متصفحك (التخزين المحلي) ويتبعت مع الحجز، عشان لو فريق خدمة العملاء قرر يوقف الطلبات المزعجة أو غير الجادة مؤقتاً، الإيقاف يشمل المتصفح ده كمان. ده رقم عشوائي مش «بصمة» لجهازك، وبنحتفظ بنسخة مشفّرة منه بس.

مش بنطلب أي باسوورد ولا أي بيانات دفع — الدفع كاش عند الاستلام أو التوصيل.

بنستخدمها في إيه؟ ومين يشوفها؟

• بس عشان ننفّذ حجزك: فريق ليلتنا بيراجع الطلب الأول وممكن يتصل بيك يأكده، وبعد ما يتقبل المحل اللي اخترته بيشوف اسمك ورقمك عشان يأكد الحجز معاك، وبيشوف عنوان التوصيل.
• لو الطلب توصيل، المندوب بيشوف العنوان والبيانات اللازمة للتوصيل بس.
• خدمة العملاء وإدارة ليلتنا بيشوفوا الطلب لو احتاج متابعة أو حصلت مشكلة.
• مش بنبيع بياناتك ولا بنشاركها مع أي جهة تانية، ومش بنستخدمها في الإعلانات.

لحد إمتى بنحتفظ بيها؟

البيانات محفوظة على خوادمنا (Hostinger — ألمانيا). بعد 90 يوم من انتهاء الطلب أو إلغائه بنمسح اسمك ورقمك وعنوانك ولينك المتابعة، ونحتفظ بسجل الطلب من غير بيانات شخصية (مجهّل) للمحاسبة. رقمك بيتستخدم كمان عشان نمنع الطلبات المكررة أو الوهمية، ولو نفس الرقم موقوف مؤقتاً عن الطلب في التطبيق، نفس القرار بيتطبق على الموقع. ولو فريق خدمة العملاء (مش نظام تلقائي) أوقف رقم أو متصفح مؤقتاً بسبب طلبات مش جادة (لحد 90 يوم، وبسبب مكتوب)، بنحتفظ بنسخة مشفّرة منهم بس وبتتمسح بعد انتهاء الإيقاف بـ30 يوم، وتقدر تكلّمنا على support@leletna.com لو شايف إن فيه غلط.

حقوقك

تقدر في أي وقت تطلب تشوف بياناتك أو تعدّلها أو تمسحها، بإنك تبعتلنا على support@leletna.com وتذكر رقم الطلب ورقم الموبايل — طبقاً لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 151 لسنة 2020. وتقدر تلغي حجزك بنفسك من لينك المتابعة طالما الجهاز لسه ماخرجش من المحل. باقي القواعد في شروط الاستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number, the store, console, number of days and date you choose, and any notes you write.
• If you choose delivery: the delivery address you type (the website has no location tracking or map).
• Your connection's IP address, temporarily, to block fake and spam requests (deleted within a day).
• A secret tracking link saved only in your browser (its local storage) so you can follow your booking after closing the page; we keep only a hashed copy, not the link itself. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
• A random number saved in your browser (local storage) and sent with your booking, so that if our customer-service team decides to temporarily pause disruptive or non-serious orders, the pause also covers this browser. It is a random number, not a fingerprint of your device, and we keep only a hashed copy.

We never ask for a password or payment details — you pay cash on pickup or delivery.

How we use it, and who sees it

• Only to carry out your booking: the Leletna team reviews the request first and may call you to confirm it; once approved, the store you choose sees your name and number so it can confirm the booking with you, and sees the delivery address.
• For delivery orders, the rider sees only the address and details needed to deliver.
• Leletna's customer service and management see the order if it needs follow-up or something goes wrong.
• We don't sell or share your data with anyone else and don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

It is stored on our servers (Hostinger — Germany). 90 days after the order ends or is cancelled we delete your name, number, address and tracking link, and keep the order record without personal data (anonymised) for accounting. Your number is also used to prevent duplicate or fake bookings, and if the same number is paused from ordering in the app, the same decision applies on the website. If our customer-service team (not an automatic system) temporarily pauses a number or browser because of non-serious orders (up to 90 days, with a written reason), we keep only hashed copies, deleted 30 days after the pause ends, and you can contact us at support@leletna.com if you think it is a mistake.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by emailing support@leletna.com with your order number and mobile number, under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. You can cancel your booking yourself from the tracking link while the console hasn't left the store. Other rules are in the terms of use and the privacy policy.
