من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)

1. افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول.
2. اضغط على أيقونة الملف الشخصي.
3. انزل لآخر الصفحة واضغط "حذف الحساب" ثم "تأكيد الحذف".

من غير التطبيق

ابعت طلب حذف من نفس البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المسجل في حسابك إلى: support@leletna.com
وهننفذ الطلب خلال 30 يوم كحد أقصى.

إيه اللي بيتحذف؟

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، أرقام الهاتف، العنوان والموقع.
• حساب الدخول نفسه (مش هتقدر تدخل بيه تاني).
• الإشعارات والبلاغات، وقائمة المستخدمين الذين حظرتهم، واسم المستخدم من سجل الطلبات.

إيه اللي بيفضل؟

• سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات واستخدام الكوبونات بعد إزالة أي بيانات شخصية منها (بدون اسم أو هاتف أو عنوان)، لأغراض محاسبة المحلات والالتزامات القانونية.
• التقييمات المنشورة بدون أي ربط بحسابك أو اسمك.
• سجلات عمليات الإدارة (مثل إيقاف الحساب) بعد إزالة أرقام الهاتف والبريد منها، للرجوع إليها عند النزاعات.

ملاحظة: لو عندك طلب نشط (جهاز لسه معاك أو طلب استلام مفتوح) أو مبلغ لسه ما اتدفعش (فلوس تمديد)، لازم يكتمل الطلب ويتدفع المبلغ الأول قبل حذف الحساب.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Tap the profile icon.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, tap "Delete account", then "Confirm deletion".

Without the app

Send a deletion request from the email address or phone number registered to your account to: support@leletna.com
We will process your request within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted?

• Account data: name, email address, phone numbers, address and location.
• Your login account itself (you will no longer be able to sign in with it).
• Notifications, reports, the list of users you blocked, and your username on order records.

What is kept?

• Order, payment and coupon-usage records, after all personal data has been removed from them (no name, phone number or address), for store accounting and legal compliance purposes.
• Published reviews, with no link to your account or name.
• Records of admin actions (such as an account suspension), with phone numbers and email removed, for reference in case of disputes.

Note: if you have an active order (a device still in your possession or an open pickup request) or an unpaid amount (extension money), the order must be completed and the amount paid before your account can be deleted.
